“After our start-up non-profit experienced some growing pains, Amy masterfully brought together the non-profit’s Board and administrators, and helped not only to give us the tools we needed to come together and make important decisions for how to structure the organization more effectively, but she also helped us understand our collective and individual duties, and what next steps we needed to take in order to fulfill and implement the organization’s mission and goals.  For the sake of the long-term survival of our organization, it was imperative to have an objective, experienced outsider, who quickly helped us “reset” and get us on the right path again, and we couldn’t have done that without Amy.” ~ Linda Janourova-Tang, Former Chair, Board of Directors, Czech School of California
